MAKING THE PLATFORM LESS CONTROVERSIAL

TWITTER (X) REBRAND

Nowadays X (Twitter) is considered a very toxic and political platform. Many users are turning away and X is having a hard time getting advertisers to stay on the platform. This is mainly due to the changes made after Elon Musk’s purchase of the company.

I wanted to rebrand this controversial brand into a friendlier space. I wanted the platform to become less political, and a safer space for all. One of the strategies for this is to change the target audience. The current user of X is the American male. The new target audience is creative, international people who want to have a good time and share their interests. In my brand presentation below I show the new brand and detail the launch strategy.

BRAND PRESENTATION

[Link] is a new platform that combines written media (Twitter) and visual media (Clicks). It is a convenient app that offers everything in one place. The app will be better moderated, and users will have the ability to create private and public groups. The app will also include an avatar creator which will help introduce creative users. The creativity camps detailed in the presentation will further explain this.
